Description

The perfect complete package: The modular expandable Sungrow SBR storage system with 9.6 kWh, Sungrow Hybrid HV SH8.0RT V112 inverter and the Sungrow EV Charger 11 kW

Inverters from Sungrow achieve an efficiency of up to 99 % with up to 2 MPPTs. The MPPTs respond to changes in light intensity by selecting the optimum load for the cells to obtain the highest usable output power.

Combined with the Sungrow SBR storage system with 9.6 kWh capacity and the option to expand it at any time, nothing is left to be desired. The Sungrow 3-phase hybrid inverter recognizes the battery storage system after installation and automatically integrates it into the system. The optimally coordinated backup power system with state-of-the-art load control and a switchover time of less than 20 ms offers maximum reliability. The entire system is certified in accordance with VDE 2510-50.

State-of-the-art, this device is configured via the iSolarCloud Assistant and sends its data to the free iSolarCloud portal or iSolarCloud app via the integrated Wi-Fi or Ethernet interfaces. RS485 (Modbus RTU) and Ethernet (Modbus TCP) can be used to connect third-party data loggers. A 3-phase smart meter is already included.

Based on our current knowledge, we cannot recommend combining Sungrow inverters with optimizers from SolarEdge and Tigo.

If PV modules with currents greater than 12.5 A are used, the inverter may slightly down-regulate on a few peak days a year!

4 charging modes:

  • Green Power Charging – for the most economical charging: Maximize self-consumption by increasing charging power when PV power is available. If no PV power is available, the minimum charging current of 6 A is taken from the grid. Pure PV surplus charging is not possible.
  • Preset Charging – ensures that the vehicle is ready at the desired time with the desired capacity, but with as much renewable energy as possible.
  • Custom Charging – Time period during which charging is permitted. For example, charging is only possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., even if the vehicle is plugged in before then.
  • Fast Charging – maximum speed: Charging with 11 kW AC power, whether from renewable energies or from the grid.
