SolarEdge inverters can be oversized in terms of DC. Use the free SolarEdge Designer for the detailed configuration.

The SolarEdge SE5000H AC inverter is the master and can communicate wirelessly with the battery and the energy meter via the home network thanks to the plug-in. An RS485 connection must be established between the battery inverter and the SE17K string inverter.

SolarEdge SE16K inverters have no MPP tracker and two inputs for the SolarEdge module optimizers. With the fixed voltage technology, the SolarEdge inverter always operates in the optimum input voltage range regardless of the number of modules and strings. The performance data from each individual PV module optimizer is transmitted to the SolarEdge inverter via the string line and can be visualized online in the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal. The SolarEdge SE16K inverter can be oversized by up to 135% on the DC side. Use the free SolarEdge Designer for dimensioning.

SolarEdge inverters are equipped without a display. Commissioning the inverters is quick and easy with the SolarEdge app on your smartphone.

SolarEdge inverters have a 12-year standard warranty, which attests to the quality of the inverters.
