Adjusting the roof tiles during roof hook installation is one of the most labor-intensive and time-consuming steps for PV installers. In fact, the usual flexing and tapping of the roof tiles is officially expressly prohibited. A tricky situation for the tradesman, who is the last specialist in the trade to take responsibility. Replacing the lower tile before fixing the roof hook also eliminates all overload problems in snowy regions in advance. The foam wedge included in the scope of delivery prevents rain and snow from penetrating through openings in the top tile.
