The SolarEdge ONE Controller will act as an interface between consumers and third-party devices such as heat pumps and wallboxes. These enhanced capabilities will provide greater flexibility - yet another reason to choose SolarEdge ONE.

The SolarEdge ONE energy management system collects data from various sources. This includes household data from one’s own PV system and information about which appliances are using how much electricity at what time. Based on all this information, SolarEdge ONE automatically makes decisions to optimize energy consumption.
SolarEdge ONE runs as software on all SolarEdge inverters, in collaboration with other products within the SolarEdge ecosystem. In 2024, the manufacturer will launch the SolarEdge ONE Controller as a hardware component of the energy management system. This addition will allow for the control of EV chargers, heat pumps, and smart home devices from selected third-party providers.
The SolarEdge Home Control Centre, together with the backup interface, enables the system to operate and control in offline mode during a power outage. Non-essential devices are automatically shut down during a power outage to provide power to essential devices.
With SolarEdge ONE, homeowners can set individual preferences such as battery mode, PV surplus priorities, backup reserve and essential consumers.
