Orientation of a PV System
To achieve optimal orientation, it's recommended that the module surfaces of a PV system face south and are tilted at 30°. Deviations towards southeast or southwest, or roof pitches between 20° and 60°, only result in minor reductions in yield for grid-connected PV systems.
