The connection set for an unmixed heating circuit is already installed in the AWMB indoor unit. However, if the heat pump is combined with a PV system, a mixed heating circuit is recommended. This is the case if only one heating circuit is integrated in the building (underfloor heating). In this case, the PV power may overheat the buffer cylinder. The desired temperature for the underfloor heating can be set individually using the 3-way mixer. However, the thermal energy is stored in the buffer cylinder.
